In order to improve cooperation with medical organizations, Kharkiv National �۶���Ƶ of Radio Electronics has signed an agreement with .

The object of Agreement is mutually beneficial cooperation in scientific, educational and outreach activities. The cooperation is carried out in exchange of non-commercial information, training specialists who can be employed or provide services under civil law contracts in the field of Biomedical Engineering and Health Care, and �۶���Ƶ staff advanced training.

Between April 21 and 22, 2024, the final COST ACTION CA19122 EUGAIN conference was held in Lisbon, Portugal, with the support of Ordem dos Engenheiros (Association of Engineers), with the theme “Opening the doors to the world”. The main objective of the event is related to highlighting the results of the EUGAIN project to invited external stakeholders and authorities and engaging them in a joint discussion on improving the gender balance in computer science in Europe and beyond.

40 countries were represented at the EUGAIN Steering Committee meeting. The first day of the conference was filled with reports and discussions on 3.5 years of EUGAIN activities and an interactive workshop on the development of the action plan and the impact of the project results on the formation and implementation of public gender policy in different countries.

In March-April 2024, two large-scale events in the world of sports programming took place: the First Final of the European Programming Championship and the Final of the 2023 World Student Programming Championship.
The Ukrainian delegation at the two competitions was led by an experienced coach from the Department of Software Engineering of �۶���Ƶ Oleksandr Vechur, who has always supported competition to stimulate team growth.

On April 26, 2024, the XVI International scientific and practical conference «Transcarpathian Legal Readings. Sustainable Development and Institutional Capacity in the Conditions of War: National and International Legal Aspects» was held in Uzhhorod. Committed to the Sustainable Development Goals, Kharkiv National �۶���Ƶ of Radio Electronics researchers took part in Conference held in a mixed format – in Uzhhorod Castle and online.

Despite all the difficulties of our time, the military aggression of the Russian Federation and the destruction caused by it, our university continues to fight for the preservation of the environment, the minimization of the use of natural resources, and the environmentalization of educational and other processes.

Employees of the university archive actively participate in this (archive manager T.L. Zapisova, employees N.M. Danilenko, V.A. Ratii, M.N. Wolfson), who are attentive to the world around them, protect the nature of their native country and global resources. They include both materials (paper, folders, files, etc.) and energy. Even after the damage caused by the rocket strike on 02.01.2024, our department did not use heating devices, saved with the help of additional plastic curtains on the border of the windows, mounting foam in the gaps, etc.
