Professor Oleg Avrunin participated in the working meeting of coordinators of the international project Open Education Resources with Ukraine (OER with Ukraine). The project is implemented within the DAAD program “Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis (2022)” and unites four universities:
– from Germany: the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz �۶���Ƶ of Hannover;
– from Ukraine: the Kiev National Taras Shevchenko �۶���Ƶ, the Kharkiv National �۶���Ƶ of Radio Electronics, the Ukrainian State �۶���Ƶ of Science and Technology (Dnipro).

The project is aimed at combining competencies and support of Ukrainian partner universities of the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz �۶���Ƶ of Hannover in Kiev, Dnipro and Kharkiv.

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved the proposals of the Scientific and Technical Council on the formation and implementation of the state order for scientific and technical products on the list of the most important scientific and technical (experimental) developments and indicative funding for each development by years of implementation.

Popovsky.

Since May 2022, the Department of MST of the Faculty of Computer Science of �۶���Ƶ has joined the programme with the German �۶���Ƶ of Applied Sciences in Heilbronn “Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis (2022) – Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis”. This programme is funded by DAAD, the German Academic Exchange Service. The university joined this project together with the Taras Shevchenko �۶���Ƶ of Kyiv and the Vadym Hetman Kyiv Economic �۶���Ƶ.

The project includes language courses for students and teachers – English and German (A2, B2); online courses for Ukrainian students; support for �۶���Ƶ teachers; development of digital learning competencies for teachers of Ukrainian universities; master classes for �۶���Ƶ students, postgraduates and teachers. The Department of MST discusses with representatives of the German university the issue of future cooperation between teachers of partner universities and teachers of HHN COIL or Virtual Exchange projects, actively participates in joint COIL/VE projects to expand cooperation between universities.

On June 8 at the EduData Summit, held at the United Nations Headquarters (New York) and online, the results of the QS World �۶���Ƶ Rankings 2023 were announced.
QS World �۶���Ƶ Rankings is considered one of the most influential global university rankings. This year for the first time the Kharkiv National �۶���Ƶ of Radio Electronics was included in the ranking.
