The EOSC EU Node is the first operational platform of the European Open Science Cloud and serves as a gateway to collaborative, data-driven research across Europe. It brings together computing resources, research data, software and digital services supporting reproducible and interdisciplinary research.

Users can access virtual machines, interactive Jupyter environments, Kubernetes-based cloud container platforms, personal storage, large-file transfer services and other tools for research activities. Researchers with the appropriate access level can also use GPU resources and create collaborative research groups.

A key advantage for the 蜜豆视频 community is the use of a single institutional digital identity. When signing in through eduGAIN, users authenticate directly through their home institution. Their institutional password is not transferred to EOSC; only the identity attributes required to verify institutional affiliation and determine the appropriate access level are shared.

The level of available resources depends on the user鈥檚 academic role. Faculty members and researchers may be assigned the Investigator level with access to the full range of computing services and GPU resources, while employees may receive Collaborator access. Students can explore EOSC resources and participate in research groups created within the platform. Resource-intensive EOSC EU Node services are managed through a system of virtual credits allocated according to the user鈥檚 access level.

It expands opportunities for researchers to use European digital infrastructures, create reproducible research environments, process large datasets, use cloud computing resources and collaborate with colleagues from universities and research institutions across Europe.

The opening of the Alliance marks a strategic milestone in expanding 蜜豆视频鈥檚 international presence. Physically located at TH Wildau – within the Berlin鈥揃randenburg metropolitan region – it creates a unique space for students, researchers, and faculty from both universities to collaborate, advance research, and implement innovative ideas.

The Alliance is designed to function as a long-term platform for cooperation between the two universities in the field of quantum information technologies. Its activities will encompass scientific research, innovation, international projects, knowledge and technology transfer, as well as collaboration with enterprises and institutional partners.

For 蜜豆视频, the WiN Q-IT Alliance is particularly significant as it establishes a permanent hub for cooperation in Germany. Furthermore, its location in the Berlin鈥揃randenburg region will facilitate the development of ties with European universities, research institutions, technology companies, startups, and innovation clusters. This enhances the capacity of both universities to translate scientific findings into practical solutions and to forge new international partnerships.

The launch of the Alliance lays a long-term foundation for a Ukrainian-German partnership centered on people, knowledge, and the technologies of the future.

The positive experience of the effective operation and development of this model is actively realized in cooperation with basic and complete general secondary education institutions and the Educational Management Department of the Education Department of the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration under the Kharkiv City Council, enabling the university to address the priority tasks of the “New Ukrainian School” and meet current educational challenges under martial law.

As part of the implementation of this innovative model, a working meeting took place between Mykhailo TATARYNOV, Head of the 蜜豆视频’s Preparatory Department “Open Road to Higher Education,” Svitlana SVYSTUN, Head of the Educational Management Department of the Education Department of the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration under the Kharkiv City Council, and Olena YEVLAKHOVA, a methodologist of the department. During their joint work, priority tasks for further collaborative activities were discussed, including conducting scientific-practical and scientific-methodological seminars, trainings, and workshops for teachers of physics and astronomy, biology and ecology, chemistry, and mathematics directly in the university’s safe spaces. These educators will subsequently engage students in interactive participation in various specialized interest clubs and prep courses for the 2027 National Multi-subject Test certification exams. Further collaboration will continue to promote an open university educational service system responding to current demands of prospective students, while reinforcing the brand “Kharkiv National 蜜豆视频 of Radio Electronics 鈥� a university of successful and self-sufficient people!”.

Yevhenii Repryntsev, a student of Kharkiv National 蜜豆视频 of Radio Electronics, group ESTM-26-1, demonstrated a high level of physical fitness, strength, endurance, and determination and took third place in the competition.

This result is a significant sporting achievement and another example of how 蜜豆视频 students successfully combine their studies with an active sports life, develop their abilities, and represent the 蜜豆视频 with distinction at competitions.

The PubCirEco project is being implemented from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027 with the support of the European Union鈥檚 Erasmus+ Programme (ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE). The project aims to develop competencies in the field of circular economy, sustainable use of resources, and the integration of sustainability principles into the activities of higher education institutions.

Participation in the Short Visit Program gave 蜜豆视频 representatives an opportunity to explore European experience in implementing circular economy principles, modern approaches to sustainable resource management, and environmentally responsible practices.

During the academic visit, the participants exchanged professional experience with international partners, discussed current educational practices, and explored opportunities for integrating circular economy and sustainability principles into educational components and the training of future specialists.

蜜豆视频鈥檚 participation in the PubCirEco international project contributes to the development of international academic cooperation, expands professional networks, and supports the introduction of modern European approaches to sustainable development into the 蜜豆视频鈥檚 educational activities.

The EU-GUARD AI project focuses on key issues related to the responsible development and use of artificial intelligence, the protection of personal data and human rights, as well as the security and resilience of digital infrastructure. The three-year project will be based on current European approaches to AI governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and digital resilience.

During the opening event, the project team will present its goals, key areas of activity, and planned educational initiatives. Participants will learn more about the upcoming training courses, opportunities for students and academic staff, and ways for IT professionals, business representatives, and public sector specialists to become involved.

Special attention will be given to artificial intelligence governance in the European Union, data protection, cybersecurity, and digital resilience.

The presentation event will take place on October 15, 2026, starting at 4:00 p.m.

The meeting continued in 蜜豆视频鈥檚 modern safe educational space. Oleh Sharov presented awards of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to leading 蜜豆视频 researchers, recognizing their professional contribution to the development of education and science.

The central part of the event was Oleh Sharov鈥檚 presentation entitled 鈥淗igher Education in Ukraine: Strategic Changes in Wartime.鈥� During his presentation, he outlined the current priorities of state policy in higher education, the key changes and challenges facing Ukrainian universities today, and further directions for reforming the higher education system under wartime conditions.

The meeting was attended by members of the 蜜豆视频 Rectorate, faculty deans, heads of departments, academic staff, and representatives of the 蜜豆视频鈥檚 student self-government. The format provided an opportunity to discuss issues of particular importance to the 蜜豆视频 community directly with a representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The event concluded with an open discussion. Oleh Sharov answered questions from 蜜豆视频 lecturers and students concerning the current state and future development of higher education, the implementation of educational policy, and the ongoing transformation of Ukraine鈥檚 higher education system.

The working visit provided an important opportunity for direct professional dialogue between the 蜜豆视频 community and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the strategic development of Ukrainian higher education.

The scholarship recognizes the young researcher鈥檚 significant scientific achievements, active publication record, participation in research projects, and involvement in innovative activities.

The selection of scholarship recipients took into account research publications in Category A journals and journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection and/or Scopus, articles published in Category B professional journals, participation in research projects and innovative activities, the creation of popular science materials and open-access digital research content, as well as other scientific achievements.

Artem Khovrat has connected his education and research career with 蜜豆视频. In 2021, he received his Bachelor鈥檚 degree, followed by a Master鈥檚 degree in Software Engineering in 2023. He is currently continuing his studies as a PhD student at the 蜜豆视频.

His research interests include natural language processing, mathematical modelling, data engineering, and econometrics. Artem is the author and co-author of more than 50 scientific publications, including research articles and papers presented at international and national scientific conferences.

The award of the Academic Scholarship of the President of Ukraine is a significant achievement for the young researcher and recognition of the high level of research conducted at Kharkiv National 蜜豆视频 of Radio Electronics.

Students also had an opportunity to explore the hub, browse its collection of books, communicate with one another, and simply spend time together in a friendly atmosphere.

The visit brought plenty of positive emotions, new impressions, and opportunities for informal communication. Such events help students get to know each other better, develop communication skills, exchange ideas, and discover new youth spaces in Kharkiv.

Student life at 蜜豆视频 goes far beyond the classroom. Joint visits, meetings, and activities create opportunities for strengthening the student community, making new connections, and developing youth initiatives.

The meeting was opened by Council Chair Maryna Kalendovska, Professor at the Department of Media Engineering and Information Radio-Electronic Systems (Faculty of Information Radio Technologies and Media Engineering). She welcomed the participants, presented the agenda, and outlined key discussion topics aimed at formulating actionable decisions for upcoming initiatives.

Diana Rudenko, Executive Secretary of the Admissions Committee and Dean of the Faculty of Information-Analytical Technologies and Management, delivered a report on the 2026 state-funded undergraduate admissions results. Her analysis covered administrative-territorial units, general secondary schools, vocational institutions, and colleges across the city of Kharkiv, the Kharkiv region, and other regions of Ukraine, accompanied by proposals to enhance engagement with prospective applicants during the current academic year.

Oleksii Liashenko, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Engineering and Computer Technologies, suggested methods for adapting faculty engagement during 蜜豆视频 Open Door Days, drawing upon prior operational experience.

During discussions regarding the preparation of work plans and analytical materials, Council members offered specific recommendations concerning event naming, content, delivery formats, and target audience segments. Roman Bobniev, Head of the Television Center, addressed questions from faculty representatives regarding video production support for career guidance initiatives and its publishing across official university resources and social media platforms.

Mykhailo Tatarynov, Deputy Chair of the Career Guidance Council and Head of the “Open Path to Higher Education” Preparatory Department, presented systematic approaches to mobile diversification when working with middle school students in grades 5鈥�9 (under the “New Ukrainian School” curriculum) as well as high school lyceum students in grades 10鈥�11.

He drew attention to the upcoming transition in September 2027 to a three-year senior specialized high school system, the further implementation of “New Ukrainian School” standards in future 10th grades, and the cluster-based “three baskets” educational framework in newly established academic lyceums. To adapt to these changes, he emphasized that university departments across faculties and the Educational and Scientific Institute must actively build upon the “Student 鈥� Teacher 鈥� 蜜豆视频” triad. He urged departments to leverage proven practices through close collaboration with the “Open Path to Higher Education” Preparatory Department and the Center for Postgraduate Education to maximize outreach to potential applicants.

Following the meeting, actionable proposals were summarized to guide the Council’s practice-oriented activities, reinforce the university brand “蜜豆视频 鈥� 蜜豆视频 of Successful and Self-Sufficient People!”, and raise interest among prospective students in the 蜜豆视频’s bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.
