In 1980 graduated from Kharkіv Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality “Electronic devices”.

1980 – 1983 Postgraduate studies in Kharkіv Institute of Radio Electronics, speciality «Physical electronics, including quantum electronics»

1987 – Ph.D Thesis defended on the 6th of April 1987 at Kharkov State �۶���Ƶ.

1983 – 1998 – junior Researcher, Researcher, Senior Researcher, responsible executor of scientific topic (KhIRE, KhTURE)

2003-2005 – Lecturer, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, �۶���Ƶ.

2005-2026 – Associate Professor, Department of Microelectronics, Electronic Devices and Appliances, �۶���Ƶ.

2025 – Acting Head of the Faculty of Electronic and Biomedical Engineering (ELBI)

2025-2026 – Deputy Dean for Scientific and Methodological Work of the Faculty of Electronic and Biomedical Engineering (ELBI)

Since 2026 – Deputy Director of ILBE
