The primary staff trade union organization of the Kharkiv National ۶Ƶ of Radio Electronics is a voluntary non-profit public organization, the aim of which is to represent and protect the employment, social and economic rights and interests of the members of the Trade Union of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Despite martial law in Ukraine, the university’s trade union organisation remains active and, in accordance with the Trade Union’s Articles of Association, works to protect the labour, social and economic rights and interests of its members.
In line with Ukraine’s law on collective agreements, the trade union organisation continuously monitors compliance with the provisions of the collective agreement to which the university administration has committed itself.
