1992 – Graduated from O.M. Gorky Kharkiv State ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, majoring in Psychology.

1996 – Assistant Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics.

1997 – Senior Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv Institute of Radio Electronics.

2006 – Defended PhD dissertation in specialty 09.00.01 “Ontology, Epistemology, Phenomenology.”

2007 – Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Kharkiv National ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ of Radio Electronics.

Since 2025 – Head of the Department of Philosophy (currently the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities), Kharkiv National ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ of Radio Electronics.

Teaches the following courses: “Psychology of Extreme Relationships and Effective Adaptation,” “Soft Skills: Socio-Psychological Aspects of Professional Competence,” “Philosophy and Methodology of Modern Science: Issues of Critical Thinking Formation,” “Resilience and Good Governance: Adaptive Public Management Strategies in Times of Uncertainty,” “Development of Professional Potential of the Individual and Resilience Strategies in Public Interaction.”

Research activities

Research interests include philosophical anthropology, psychology of stress and resilience, philosophical foundations of psychology, gender issues in modern society, inclusive education, psychology of higher education, and philosophy and psychology of critical thinking.

Social activities

Since 2007 – Head of the Socio-Psychological Center at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ.

Since 2012 – Member of the Gender Education Center at ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ.

Active member of the civic movement “Network of Gender Education Centers in Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions.”

2016–2018 – Conducted anti-discrimination evaluations of school textbooks for the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Since 2025 – Scientific Director of the Service Point for Accessible Learning “ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ No Limitsâ€�

Since 2025 – Member of the Expert Council under the Representative of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights in Kharkiv Region.

In 1980 graduated from A.M. Gorky Kharkiv State ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ on the specialty “Psychology “.

 In 1994 she defended her thesis dissertation “Phenomenon of integrity of consciousness as a possible objective basis of intuition”.Ph.D. in Philosophical Sciences.

Since 1996 – associate professor of Department of Philosophy KÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ.

Since 2017, she has been working as a professor at the Department of Philosophy.

Educational activity

She teaches disciplines: “Psychology of management”, “Social psychology and conflictology”, “Psychological and pedagogical problems of scientific and pedagogical activity”.

Research activities

Scientific interests: philosophical anthropology, psychological problems of creative activity, philosophical and psychological aspects of the phenomenon of intuition, social and gender psychology, humanistic and existential direction in psychological counseling, philosophical and psychological aspects of inclusive education.

Social activities

Since 2012, he is the head of the Center for Gender Education at KÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, works in the social-psychological service of KÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, is an employee of the public movement “Network of Centers of Gender Education of Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine”. From 2016 he is a member of the MES working group  and expert on anti-discrimination expertise of school textbooks at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
