On October 22, 2026, Kharkiv National ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ of Radio Electronics held a regular conference of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ staff.
During the conference, delegates considered a number of important issues related to the organization and operation of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ. The key items on the agenda included approval of the new edition of the Charter of Kharkiv National ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ of Radio Electronics, amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement, consideration of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ’s Internal Labour Regulations, and other current matters concerning the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ’s activities.
The preparation of the new edition of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Charter was preceded by extensive work by the Legal Service and the Academic Council of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, as well as comprehensive discussion within the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ staff. The proposed edition includes updated general information about the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ and substantial revisions to a number of provisions in accordance with the current conditions of ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ’s operation.
The amendments and additions to the Collective Agreement and the Internal Labour Regulations had previously been considered by the relevant commissions. The materials were distributed to conference delegates in advance to allow them to review the documents and prepare comments and proposals.
During the conference, the delegates discussed the submitted documents and presented a number of proposals, including those reflecting the specific conditions under which the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ operates during martial law.
The Conference of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ Staff remains an important platform for collective discussion of issues that determine the organization of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ’s work, its internal regulatory framework, and its further development.
