The Legal Department of Kharkiv National ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ of Radio Electronics is a structural unit created for the purpose of organizing and carrying out legal work at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ, including legal support for the functioning of its structural units and control over compliance with the law in their activities.
The main tasks of the Legal Department are:
– protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ;
– organization of legal work aimed at the correct application and unswerving observance of the requirements of legislative acts by the employees of the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ in the performance of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them;
-strengthening the rule of law and contractual discipline at the ÃÛ¶¹ÊÓƵ.
